A friend has just suggested a restaurant. Before booking, Jane, Paul’s wife, makes a phone call to enquire about architectural barriers. She asks about access to the restaurant and facilities for disabled people.
Student A: write down Jane’s questions. If the answers are positive, make a reservation for a table for 4 people.
Student B: be ready to say that the restaurant is accessible to disabled people and provide all the information requested. Reserve a table for Jane.
