The project is carried out in a few steps, some involving the whole class and some the two groups (A and B) into which it is split. Always bear in mind that you are inexperienced and that you have limited financial resources, so as a consequence you have to, if possible, find free, user-friendly tools or, alternatively, tools with a good price-quality ratio. The class exchanges ideas about: STEP 1. CLASS WORK Topic the topic of the future blog (food, nature, animals, trips, etc.); the kind of video to post (indoors/outdoors, with/without people, etc.). The two groups: STEP 2. GROUP WORK Tutorial & filming tools find a free tutorial for filming on the Internet; write a list of the filming, audio, light tools and extra supports needed and do research on the Internet to find what equipment, hardware or software to buy; look for suitable background music to download free from the Internet; present their findings to each other, explaining the reasons for their choice. The class: STEP 3. CLASS WORK Final plan compares the results of the two groups; chooses between them and explains the reasons for their choice to the teacher. You have found financial support from local photographers and have to include ads in the web home page. 6 CLASS WORK Your class wants to plan a website on photography. Follow the instructions. The class discusses: STEP 1. CLASS WORK Topic content (examples: history of photography, great photographers, history of cameras, supports, etc.); web page design (example: organisation of home page, pages, hierarchy, icons, font, links, position of ads, etc.). The class splits into four groups to carry out the tasks according to the decisions made by the whole class. STEP 2. GROUP WORK Creation of the website Group A: looks for a free website builder (for example Google sites) and uses it to create the structure of the web page and its layout. Group B: writes the text for the home page and creates the structure for the development of the content. Group C: writes the texts for the links as to history and developments. Group D: writes the texts for the links on current tools. The class: STEP 3. CLASS WORK Final test checks that the website works and is agile; publishes the website and shows it to their school mates as a useful resource for studying.
